1. Introduction

Welcome to Rong Pencil Art Academy. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

By accessing this website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Enrollment & Admission

Students must complete the enrollment process and pay the required fees before joining any course. The academy reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment application.

All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

Once enrolled, students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Regular attendance is important for progress and completion of the course.

3. Fee Structure & Refund Policy

Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced. In case of cancellation before the course starts, a 50% refund will be provided.

All fees are subject to change without prior notice. However, enrolled students will not be affected by fee increases during their current course duration.

Materials and supplies are included in the course fee unless otherwise specified. Additional materials may be required for advanced courses.

4. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the course without refund.

Students must take care of academy property and equipment. Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be charged to the student.

5. Attendance & Make-up Classes

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Regular attendance is important for learning progress.

Make-up classes may be provided for missed sessions at the discretion of the academy, subject to availability and valid reason for absence.

No refund or adjustment will be made for classes missed by the student without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, teaching methods, and content developed by Rong Pencil Art Academy are the intellectual property of the academy.

Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use academy materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Artwork created by students during the course remains the property of the student, but the academy reserves the right to display such work for promotional purposes.

7. Health & Safety

The academy maintains a safe learning environment. Students must follow all safety guidelines provided by instructors.

Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the academy of any medical conditions or allergies their children may have.

The academy is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur due to student negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect and store personal information for enrollment and communication purposes only.

Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

By enrolling, you agree to our privacy policy and the collection and use of your personal information as described.

9. Amendments

Rong Pencil Art Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website or direct notice to enrolled students.
